Music

As a young girl I’ve always practiced, practiced, and practiced. Piano was always number one, however, since upon my arrival in the U.S. I mainly sang. In order to increase my vocal range and build vocal strength, I decided to study voice.  After graduating college from Northern Kentucky University, my vocal training continued with divas such as Ms. Gayle Grout, Ms. Cornelia Prestel and Ms. Audry Luna. I’ve also participated in American vocal competitions (National Association of Teachers of Singing) and was a winner in my category in 2012 (Evansville, IN) and 2013 (Louisville, KY). In the meantime, my other passions (music history and writing) made me pursue a grad school in Musicology at College-Conservatory of Music in Cincinnati, OH.
